- Zasshikai Seminar (Mini-symposium) by Prof. Mauro Nisoli and Prof. Marc Vrakking
On Wednesday, May 28, two Department seminars (Zasshikai Seminars) were held with talks given by Prof. Mauro Nisoli (Politecnico di Milano, Italy) and Prof. Marc Vrakking (Max Born Institute, Germany). Prof. Nisoli gave a talk entitled, gAttosecond pulses for molecular physics: from diatomic molecules to biomoleculeshand Prof. Vrakking under the title, gPhotoelectron holography in strong dc and optical fields.h
A Mini-symposium on Ultrafast Intense Laser Science was held on the same day, co-sponsored by Department of Chemistry, School of Science, the University of Tokyo, Center for Ultrafast Intense Laser Science, the University of Tokyo, Innovative Center for Coherent Photon Technology, the University of Tokyo. The two Zasshikai seminars were held as a part of this symposium.
