- Department seminar by Prof. Koji Hatanaka
On Friday, November 2, a Department seminar was held and a talk was given by Prof. Koji Hatanaka, Research Fellow of Research Center for Applied Sciences, Academia Sinica, Taiwan, by the title, "THz Wave, X-ray, and Sound Emission from Water Plasma Induced by Femtosecond Laser Irradiation in Air."
Prof. Hatanaka was Associate Professor of Center for Ultrafast Intense Laser Science, the University of Tokyo from 2008 to 2013. At present, he is leading a research group at Academia Sinica.
