Department seminars by Prof. Farhad Faisal and Prof. Huailiang Xu

On Tuesday, July 30, a Department seminar by Prof. Farhad Faisal of Bielefeld University was held with a lecture entitled, "Strong laser field interaction with graphene." On the same day, Prof. Huailiang Xu of Jilin University gave a Department seminar with a lecture by the title, "Air lasing: phenomena and mechanisms."

Professors Faisal and Xu are staying with the group until August 3rd for research collaboration.
