On Fiday, May 19, department seminar by Prof. Parinda Vasa, Professor of Physics Department, IIT Bombay was held. Prof. Vasa gave a lecture by the title, "Light-matter interactions in plasmonic nanostructures,"

Prof. Vasa was invited by Prof. Yamanouchi for research collaboration and is staying with the group since May 5 until June 30.
