The 1st STAR Symposium on February 12th and 13th
The 1st Shanghai Tokyo Advanced Research Symposium on Ultrafast Intense Laser Science (STAR Symposium I) will be held at the Auditorium, Chemistry Main Building, the coming Thursday and Friday, February 12th and 13th. In this two-day symposium, 15 researchers from four major educational and research organizations in Shanghai including the Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanic will present their topics. In addition to this, 16 researchers from the University of Tokyo, Riken, Keio University, Tokyo Institute of Technology, and the University of Electro-Communication will be giving presentations on their research findings. Leading-edge achievements in the field of ultrafast intense laser science in China and Japan will be introduced. We welcome all to attend this special occasion.
