On 20th, however, a limited number of rooms are available at Shonan Village Center. Some participants may be requested to stay at nearby hotels at the same rate.
The price is uniformly 13,000 JPY per night per person (including dinner, next day's breakfast, and lunch), except for the spouse sharing a twin room for whom the price is 11,000 JPY (including dinner, next day's breakfast, and lunch). |

| Student Participants: |
Rooms are reserved at the Soukendai Lodge located near Shonan Village Center. The total price is 7,500 JPY per night. This consists of a room, 3 meals (dinner, next day's breakfast, and lunch) served at Shonan Village Center, and handling fee. The minimum unit is the set of 3 meals, i.e. dinner, next day's breakfast, and lunch. No other combination may be purchased.
Some rooms are shared with other people. The room assignment, etc, will be handled by Shonan Village Center. |

| Commuting Participants: |
For those who happen to live near the conference site, purchasing a lunch at Shonan Village Center is strongly requested for promoting scientific discussions.
The price is 1,040 JPY for a lunch. Please be advised that all restaurants in Shonan Village require a prior reservation, that is one cannot just walk in and make an order. |

Confirmation, Payment, and Cancellation |

Shonan Village Center will send a confirmation notice by e-mail together with the instructions for payment.
The method of payment is by bank-to-bank transfer for the domestic participants and by credit card for the foreign participants. Please kindly note that the bank transfer fee or the credit card company commission of 3%, according to the method of payment, is due the participant.

Payment is due January 6th (Thursday)
The reservation may be canceled or changed until January 14th (Friday). In this case, refund will be made with the handling fee of 2,000 JPY as well as the bank transfer fee subtracted. It is nonrefundable and nonchangeable after January 14th.
